Technical information about this website's accessibility

The Invest in Skåne website is partially compliant with the Act on the Accessibility of Digital Public Services due to the shortcomings described below.

Non-compliance with accessibility requirements

  • In some cases, the Invest in Skåne website uses non-standardised (beta) versions of HTML and CSS to ensure a consistent layout and functionality across different web browsers. As a result, the website does not achieve full validation against W3C standards.
  • A small number of pages in languages other than the website's default language are not correctly tagged with the appropriate language attribute, which may cause issues for screen reader users.
  • To a large extent, PDF documents are not accessibility adapted.

Exemption for disproportionate burden

Invest in Skåne invokes the exemption for disproportionate burden under Section 12 of the Act on the Accessibility of Digital Public Services for the content listed below.

  • Invest in Skåne currently does not have the resources required to make all published documents on the website fully accessible.
